Cancellation Policy:
- For the Standard rate, cancellations are free of charge if made within 7 days from the booking date.
- Cancellations outside of this timeframe or no-shows may incur a penalty fee.
Payment: A credit card is required to secure the reservation. Payment can typically be made at the property upon check-out unless otherwise specified.
Tourist Tax: A tourist tax of €1 per person per night for the first 3 nights is applicable and will be added to your bill.
Wellness Area: The use of the Wellness Area is complimentary, subject to availability and prior reservation of the time slot.
Children: Children up to 2 years old can stay for free, provided cots are available and upon request.

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

For arrivals outside of the specified time range, we kindly ask you to contact us in advance so that we can best accommodate your check-in.

Check-out is available until 10:00 AM.

Subject to our availability, you can extend your stay in the room and access the pool (during the opening months) until 6:00 PM for an additional fee of 40% of the daily room rate.

The Wellness Area is open from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and access is limited to a maximum of 6 people. It is important to check availability at the reception to access the area.

Access to the Wellness Area is complimentary for guests of the property.

For those interested, it is possible to book private use of the SPA as an additional service.

Yes, we do allow dogs and cats. We apply a supplement of €20 per night for dogs and €10 for cats. For dogs in the room, you will find a bed and a bowl.

Not having specifically equipped areas for pet stays, their movement in the company areas is subject to the use of a leash.

Owners are kindly asked to take care of the cleanliness and toileting of their pets.

During their absence, owners should ensure that their pets do not suffer from loneliness, which can have unpleasant consequences not only for their health but also for the tranquility of the agriturismo and the room’s furnishings. In the event of damage to property or persons, compensation will be requested from the owners.

Pets are not allowed in the pool and breakfast room.
